My work requires a lot of sitting. I sit for 8 hours from Monday to Friday. If I'll add my dinner time, it will be nine hours. I usually eat my dinner at work. I usually feel back pain on Wednesdays til Fridays. I stretch a lot so...

sriyantha oh dear, i also have the same problem. i changed my chair and got a comfortable new chair with straight back. and i change my table height and minimized using laptop on my lap. with all about things i managed to reduce my back ache.
