I do put on much weight these days. I am so upset about it and decided to lose them. Someone told me summer is a good time to lose weight. Because it is hot in summer and you don't want to eat more and will also drink lot water...

ssiiyan summer is a good season to lose weihgt,I always take measures to lose weight in summer succesfully.But when winter comes I will put on some weight.
