I am currently writing my CV and wondered how important it was to include my work based achievements. A friend of mine suggested that they were not that important as employers were more interested in your qualifications.

I need to buy my boyfriend a really good quality handmade tie, think he normally wheres silk ties so silk is a must! I have around an £80 budget - anyone know of a good manufacturer or a shop where I can buy a great tie from?

I want to make a personal injury claim, and have seen a lot of "no win, no fee" companies on the TV. What does No win no fee mean? If you win a small amount but fees are large, could you end up paying more than you win?
