Keryden its certainly not a curse to me more of a release. as for getting ppl to go outside more thats easy just shut off their power lol

onouui I'm sure viewing the computer screen for long, long hours would tire you and at some stage give you a headache. I think you should at least take a break for at least 5 or 10 or something minutes every hour, like take a walk or some sort of rest or stretching....
