If the weathers bad, will u still go out or just stay home until it improves?

We've been having ice storms here. 2 in a row, most people will stay in even on the weekends, would u go out even if driving was bad?

star2453 u rright. some people have no idea how to drive in snow/ice even if they've been living in cold climate for years.
