sugarcrystalz Your immune system is weaker when you are pregnant. It has to be- otherwise your body would regect the pregnancy as a foreign substance.

sugarcrystalz I do the oatmeal thing and it works for me. It has to be real oats, though- you can't use the little flavored packets.
