Some of us hate going to sleep at night, we think we'll miss something, or there is more to do. Some love it, laying down on our soft beds, drawing up our covers, finding a comfortable position. What I'd like to know and discuss...

suhailboy70 before i go to sleep ,i definiteltly think of next day,what i have to do,what i will do,try to make plans to make it a happy day,after that i try to relax and go to sleep
