Encryption problem,unable to open encrypted files.

i had encrypted many folder and files in win xp ,but due to system errors i had install a fresh copy of win xp .now i am unable to open previous encrypted files,please tell me how repair or open these files.

Due to us planet earth is going to an end .we r responsible for this ,beautiful earth has pay.we used all resorces for stupid needs or entertainment.The life is exits only on r planet.we have do something to stop it or ready to...
