sundarforu I have found the solution. I indexed the two fields date and company, now the speed is 100 times than before. Anyway thanks for the response.

sundarforu It depends on my work schedule. If i had more time i would read and post more. Iam 15+ hours online everyday. Mylot is a place of relaxation to me. Actually iam a freelance programmer i get paid over 10$ per hour if i get a project. My aim is not earning money...
