I was making $10 per referral with Revolution but they have a $500 cap. Does anyone know of a similar referral/affiliate program that pays at least $5.00 per referral and that is free to sign up? I would love to keep this kind...

Ciao.com reduced $1 per review to .25 (starting the day I signed up, of course)

Is anybody a part of Shared Reviews? I thought you were supposed to get paid by the review or by votes. I've written reviews. I have votes. I have friends. I vote for others. My earnings still show $0.00. I see others on the site...
