I usually understand what i read in english,but i find it hard to send something in english.how can i translate chinese into english fluently?who can help me?

susan0908 Thank you for your advice.i have already downlowded a jin shan ci ba dictionary that held me a lot.I passed CET4 when i was in college,but now I find myself only speak 'yes'or 'no',I am so depressed because I loved english so much. Wish i can speak an write...
