jarael i have nightmares all the time. my last one was 3 nights ago and i dreamed that some bloke had bashed the door down and stole my children out of their room. i woke up when i heard my eldest shout mummy, but by the time i ran into their room he had climbed out...

jarael no nightmares are not good at all. i think the main reason i have them is because i am a worrier and suffer from acute anxiety. i will worry like the simple things like if i have enough time for a cup of tea before leaving to pick the kids up from school lol....
