sush36rocks according to me its not tat we loose or gain weight . it all depends upon body structure or it can also be an heriditary. sometimes it is easy to gain weight than loosing weight or vice-versa. it all depends on your body whether it is capable or not.. :D

sush36rocks yeah agree on this. The more feelings you keep inside the more you die. it like slow poison. it will effect your mental strength making you mentally ill. have gone through many such cases. eg love failure.:D
