When a person cames to God in their heart,do you have to have the Holy Ghost to make it in to heaven? Like to know any body opinion about is this discussion.

My mother has a ulcerated tooth.Her cheek is swollen,and she in pain.Does anybody know what to do? She doesn't want to go to the denist.
