I am just being curious of what are the things you do at night that you cannot sleep without doing it. This discussion is somehow non sense but this will give you to think of what are the things that you should do before sleeping....

Tall89 i too can sleep without a long bath{i aint that sensitive.my thing}.cant sleep without watching my fav. soap:more than love .listen to daily updates on manchester united and stuff .i also cant sleep without watching late night edition news.
