I dont understand why I keep seeing children as young as 3rd grade with a cell phone on their ears. Why does a child that age need a cell phone in the first place. I think its just a waste on your cell phone bill to pay that extra...

tanulata In my opinion children should only be given cell phones if they really need it.That depends on parents to judge.I hope we can atleast trust parents because they should not do things emotionally but rationally.
