I have not slept in three days. I was diagnosed with insomia but for the past year I've been sleeping fairly well. A lot better than I could ever imagine. However, what happens is I feel like I have to pee...so I get up and...

tanveersharma customer service ok! now plz do yoga everyday and don't miss it. then plz do some workouts. other things just go walking for two hours. eat less food and physical is a must.
