relation between studend and teacher

What relation should be remain between students and teacher? I think teacher should be the friend, philogoper and guide of students. what do u think about it?

We are learning from the first day of our life & keep learning till death. Theoritical education has a limit but practical education that taught by life has no limit. So, what do you think? am i wrong?
