What should i do because of little salary?

i will graduate from college ,and now have an internship in my college ,but the salary was little.so i don't know should i continue work in my college after graduate,maybe at that time ,the salary will be a little more?

our foreigner teacher doesn't work well.

our english teacher who is come from newyork doen't work well .so we want to change one ,did anyone want to come to china and as a oral english teacher.

taylorzj the students doo't like hime because he is very dirtyand with a bad smell,but his pronunciation is ok .if you want to teach students in my college ,you can give me a message .
