I woke up at 12, I slept 10 hours...I found some interesting sites and some movies that I wanted to see, but they were available just for the online version, so I had to stay online to watch them...So, I think I spen around 20...

I like to meditate whenever I have time. It's great ! Breathing out the NEGATIVE energy and inhaling the POSITIVE energy. Have you heard of Brain Respiration ? It's great !
