What is a payment account ID in moneybookers???

I have an account at moneybookers and I tried to join at a site and they asked me to fill in my payment account ID of moneybookers. So my question is. What is a payment account ID? Is it my email address???

temi01 Most cases it is not advisable to input ones account ID to any online payment website just like that.They can easily hack into your account and do some funny stuff with your account.One really need to be careful.
