So, we went on this little trip, and everything was reasonably good. Most of the trip we had one room for the roomie's mom and another for the two of us, with 2 beds I will add... But on the way up and back, we only got one...

teresamay40 well I am a sleep tech and I can tell first hand how important sllep is. Also a person needs to have complete darkness when they sleep so an important hormone called melatonin can be released. Even if you are a daytime sleeper you should find a way to sleep in...
