How can you stop from smoking?

My boyfriend is a smoker. Many times he tried to quit from it, but he never succeed. Can anyone here gave me some factor on how can i help him to stop his smoking habit?

thatosiska i so wish i could help you but i cant. im a smoker aswell and want to quit. please help. i cannot take this habit anymore becuase its affecting my life . i cannot focus.
