Does myLot pay users to begin a new discussion?

I would like to know if myLot pay users to begin a new discussion. Or just the replies of them are payed. I also have doubts about what is better paid. Do they pay better the replies, or do they pay to start a new discussion much...

The_JinJ It's in the FAQ, read it a few times. Doesn't state the actual amount paid but based on an algorithmn (or something :))
