Let's talk about education. So what school, college or university is the best here in the Philippines do you think? Many say University of the Philippines..of course.. but compare the others.. the tuition fee, quality of education...

I'm a Filipino but if I were to choose ..well.. for me.. I would say I want to be French.. why?? coz I love the French culture, their language and history! I just love it there. I really really want to learn how to speak French...
