I am dumbfounded by all the movies and video games I hear that my 8 yr old son's friends are allowed to see. I feel like such a minority, almost a freak, because I won't let me son play violent video games or watch certain movies....

thotalot I don't see why you feel the need to attack my parenting skills when you know nothing about me - you must be reading more into what I said. If you read my comment, I never once indicated that my son is bringing this into real life or that I am concerned about...
