Tina1995 Look since u can't exercise it might be a bit slow to lose weight because this is how it works ,if ur body needs 2000 calories a day and u eat 1000 calories a day ,ur body will burn a 1000 calorie. You need to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound , a 7700 to...

Is it ok to say, "I don't know" during an interview?

If I don't know what the answer to a question is,can I say I don't know or should I absolutely think of an answer? For example the question being,"why do you want to work here." Thanks for your answers!

Tina1995 I think that's the worst possible answer. If u say I don't know the interviewer will eventually assume ur not taking this seriously and OTC that's the last thing u want I think u should have a list or a plan of what ur gonna say or what u might say before...
