tina_9teen I know I wouldn't regret on leaving this company. Because I'm going to pursue my profession, that is being a nurse. I'm going to review for my U.S. state board so that I can leave this country and work as a nurse in the U.S. Thanks for the advice.

tina_9teen thanks for that...actually few days from now I'm going to resign and push through my review for nursing board exam retake as well as for my exam for CGFNS. I'm already a registered nurse but due to the leakage issue, I decided to work as a call center...
