Why is it advisory to take a sweet dihh after aheavy meal?

As we all hav a heavy lunch or dinner, we r advised to take a sweet dishes like ice creams, puddings,chocolates, pastries etc.What happens to our Stomach when we take asweet dish along with spicy foods.Some people even take a puff...

tittucj ya.. it is.. in olden days ppl in kerala used to eat banana after heavy meal, which thay call sadya.. they r of the opinion that its facilitates digestion..

A typical Jack friut tree in my home

There is a jack fruit tree in my home .It yields a large number of fruits a year .In 2005 it made a record no of offsprins under its belly .Can u count the number?
