Sometimes I will be just sitting or doing something ..and then out of the blue I will get a flashback of something that happened long ago, something I 'd pretty much forgotten about..and it will be totally unconnected and ..its...

Tom98765 I have them too. Especially over the last two weeks. But I certainly had many before. My theory is that whenever something is about to get erased from our memory, maybe to make some room, it shows up in our conscience to check if deletion is ok :)
