tom_acm I try too to drink 8 glasses but just can't. I can only take maximum of 5 glasses. I think that's the reason why I don't sweat too much. Is that a good thing?

tom_acm I have the same problem. I think the thing is I'm not into drinking a lot of fluid so I don't sweat. I feel I don't burn calories from the food I eat.
