How to update HD video on youtube?

Is it possible to monetize photos here? + have many stock photos on my hard drive. I have tried uploading photos on popular stock photography sites but I was always disapproved. There are photos accepted but I think I have no luck...

I've just got my new blackberry 9800c chinaphone. Anybody has this unit, Can you give me some hints, reviews about this cheap mobile phone. The audio output is okey, bluetooth is okey too, how about its quality?
