Anyone use Elance? I heard that many people seem to have issues with Elance. So I'm not sure if it's a good place to get jobs because Elance seem to charge people randomly.

TrinityDownpour @CaptAlbertWhisker Bubblews is a flexible article writing site. Not a discussion site. Compare to the likes of Squidoo and Hubpages. Bubblews is better and not so strict. Unfortunately it's been abused by those people who post Indian dating/love services.
