thebestmom Im going to answer this because i was just telling my cousin the other day about this. My fav time is 7-8am because my 2 older children has just gone to school and the youngest is still asleep. so i have quiet time and i can do my other chores doing this...

ironstruck Oh brownies! They are soooo good, but I wouldn't recommend them for breakfast. At least not all by themselves. That is just wayyyy to much sugar first thing in the morning. However you can offset that by having some protein along with it. I was on...

beckish Sounds yummy. :-) Look at it this way; you have all day to burn off the calories from the sweets. And I think a person should have whatever they want for breakfast. My favorite breakfast is cold pizza and Pepsi. :-)

ironstruck To me that seems way to long for a school day. I just don't see the advantage. I can remember back in school how hard it was to maintain concentration for even 4 or 5 hours. I just cannot see the benefit in 8 or 9 hour school days.
