Inappropriate punishment for a child by a parent.

I was just reading in our local news website that a mother punished her 10 year old son for disciplinary problems by making him take his clothes off and stand outside in the freezing cold. She could not take his poor behavior...

trish27 oh my god that is just horrible, why would anyone do that to a child, I am a mother and I could never do that, I think she should have had the smarts enough to get this child some help, thats not how you handle the situation.
