I was in one of our local Target storess today. I asked the cashier, who has been with them from day one, if I bought something on Target online could I return it to the store. She said, yes but I wouldn't get the shipping charges...

trmiller1 If you have a Goodwill store in your area you will probably find a lot of new Target items. In my town there is always new items in the package that has been donated by Target as well as other stores.
