im just new with this pay pal thing...i can't verify my account.im just curious they will the one who will send the 2 amount or i will be the one to transfer 2 small amount to verify my account...

tukoysqui ussually it takes 3 to 5 days. you should ask a bank statement from the bank to know the exact amount. it's really small, like for example Php 0.02
