I never knew that this country could experience such a devastating typhoon. It's not the first time they were hit by a typhoon, but having flood at this high?! A few years back I watch a documentary about their flood control...

What do you do when you take a loan for your family member, they refuse to pay you back and you end up paying for it every month for six months and as a result, you end up with no money at all??????

Christina Ladanger @Twairimu well a piggy bank helps i save up all my change and when it's full i have up $50 sometimes. Also i recycle my cans and bottles and exchange them for money.
