what is this hand disease or skin disease on my fingers?

Hi I have this kind of disease on my hands, like a skin disease appearing on my fingers..it is itchy and have some sort of watery blisters or something...it worsens when i come in contact with detergents, soaps and even shrimp,...

there are times that i feel like crying and i really do cry my heart out but the funny thing is i can't think of any reason why i did...so i end up thinking maybe this is insanity...is it? or maybe there are other...
