Are bulls color blind?

i have heard that they are colour blind, is it true?? any research or jst ur opinion?

shilpa28k Bulls are colorblind, the only reason bulls chase the red cape is because flapping it around can be proved irritating, otherwise, most or maybe all animals are colorblind.
