i was listening to a song on it and i went to the next one and it is now stuck ! the song won't play and when i hook it to the computer it wont charge..i cant use any of the buttons because they wont let me..what do i do ? its...

ubantu hi Ayumitakashi, That's a very good piece of information. I ve done this a few times myself and it's always worked for me.
