What should be the basis of this procedure? I mean, do doctors know when should it be taken? I don't have much knowledge of this that's why I want to know some information about it. My sister give birth to her third baby last...

ulquiorra_4 i feel sorry 4 the baby, the baby could have been alive because there are cases which the fetus is presented horizontally in the womb and was delivered normally full term, i really wonder why the doctor have to do cesarean that early, all he have to do is wait...
