I say yes, it is just ridiculous. I had my kids out last night and we saw more 15,16,17 yr olds then little kids. The bad thing was that they weren't even dressed up. Just plain clothes and a bag. Isn't there a time when enough is...

va2bama I saw a girl and i asked how old she was and she said 20 im like "ummmm what are u doing treating" and she was like because i can and i told her the age to 12 to stop and she got mad so i took her bag of candy and she got mad and left lol
