Indian Cricket - Performance Based Pay? Your opinion?

BCCI yesterday announced that from Jan.2007 onwards, Indian Team players would get paid according to their performance. Do you think it is reasonable??

vaibhavdewan yes its reasonable....the way our team is currently performing is not wht we expect.world cup is just round the corner and they are loosing games.team has lost 3 out of 13 matches played so far.
