Refferal tasks are back??

I saw two refferal tasks in tasks section.when I posted a refferal task before mylot changed it was dissapproved now I see refferal tasks.Are they allowed now.waht is your opinion.????

vaisusonly Yeah even I have reported.If these tasks are allowed then mylot has shown unjustice to me which IAm sure mylot wont do.
