vampyremage I'm not so much into the more drone-y doom metal. I prefer doom death and traditional, stuff that has more of a melody to it so unfortunately I can't really recommend you any albums of the sort.

vampyremage Doom metal is definitely not the same thing as death metal. There are some similarities, especially in the doom death sub genre of doom metal, but overall they are definitely different. The main difference is that doom metal tends to be much slower than death...
