The Indian philosophy of not requiring to speak correct English is disturbing because if one follows such sentiments one should not speak or write in it at all. but there exists one more philosophy were people keep on blabbering...

secretbear of course that would be an impractical philosophy since english is the universal language and you have to learn it to be able to communicate with people in all parts of the world. if one refuses to learn it well even if he/she have the means to do so, then...
