Do you collect models of the exact replica of cars? I collected around 35 of them but later sold it at the best price. Of the 35, 2 are left in my possession. A Mercedes CLK-GTR and a Mercedes SSK 1928.

Can you tell me what is the best exercise for people aged 60 & up? I told my mom when I visited her to do a light stretching but was prevented by her nursing aide in doing so. Shes 78 now.
