is it really necessary to end someones life if they are in vegetative stater already? or is there place for God to give someone the miracle of healing.. has someone experienced God's hands in their life?

i have seen a lot of street kids in where i would go to school, they come to me and ask for money for food as they say, what should i do? if i do give, more of them come in groups.. isnt giving to someone needy good for oneself...
