velvetice Might it be linked to low self esteem? I know weight can. Things we want to change about ourselves, we obviously don't like. If we don't like it then we must be self conscious about it.

velvetice The diet really isn't too bad if you don't mind protein. Meat, eggs and cheese is the main menu for this diet. You can add lower carb veggies and I eat several salads a week. You definately need to stay away from pasta, bread, grains, cereals, and sugar. But...

velvetice I imagine the biggest adjustment you will have to make is understanding them. Southern people talk funny, I should know I'm a southern gal. If you stay into the summer, it will be hotter there than New York. And watch for fire ants. I doubt you will have much...
